Serious side effects of Binimetinib
Along with its needed effects, binimetinib may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

- Bleeding gums
- bloating or swelling of the face, arms, hands, lower legs, or feet
- blurred vision or any other change in vision
- chest pain
- coughing up blood
- decreased urine output
- difficulty in breathing or swallowing
- dilated neck veins
- dizziness
- extreme tiredness or weakness
- fever
- headache
- hoarseness
- increased menstrual flow or vaginal bleeding
- irregular breathing
- irregular heartbeat
- irritation
- itching, hives, skin rash
- joint pain, stiffness, or swelling
- nervousness
- nosebleed
- paralysis
- pounding in the ears
- prolonged bleeding from cuts
- rapid weight gain
- red or black, tarry stools
- red or dark brown urine
- redness of the skin
- slow or fast heartbeat
- stomach cramps
- tenderness
- tightness in the chest
- tingling of the hands or feet
- trouble seeing
- unusual tiredness or weakness
- unusual weight gain or loss
- watery or bloody diarrhea
