Usual Adult Dose for Allergic Rhinitis
Cetirizine 5 mg/ pseudoephedrine 120 mg per tablet: 1 tablet orally every 12 hours
Maximum dose: 2 tablets per 24 hours
Usual Pediatric Dose for Allergic Rhinitis
Cetirizine 5 mg/ pseudoephedrine 120 mg per tablet:
12 years and older: 1 tablet orally every 12 hours
Maximum dose: 2 tablets per 24 hours

Precautions
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients or to hydroxyzine
- Current use of a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or use within 14 days of stopping a MAOI.
Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients younger than 12 years; this drug is not recommended for use in these patients.

- Do not break or chew; swallow tablet whole
Patient advice:
- Do not take more than recommended.
- Discontinue for persistent symptoms over 7 days or is accompanied by fever.
- Discontinue for nervousness, dizziness, or sleepiness.
- Drowsiness may occur; taking sedatives or tranquilizers may increase drowsiness.
- Avoid alcohol while on this drug.
- Seek immediate medical attention for hypersensitivity reactions.
- Use caution if driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.
