Drug Class: Urinary antispasmodics
Usual Adult Dose for Overactive Bladder Syndrome
75 mg orally once a day
Use: For the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and urinary frequency in adults
Renal Dose Adjustments
Mild (CrCl 60-89 mL/min), moderate (CrCl 30-59 mL/min), and severe renal dysfunction (CrCl less than 30 mL/min): No adjustment recommended.
End-stage renal disease (CrCl <15 mL/min): Not recommended.
Liver Dose Adjustments
Mild to moderate liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh Classes A to B): No adjustment recommended.
Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C): Not recommended.
Precautions
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients younger than 18 years.
Consult WARNINGS section for additional precautions.

Administration advice:
- Tablets can be swallowed whole or crushed and mixed with a tablespoon of applesauce and taken immediately with a glass of water.
- This drug can be given with or without food.
Storage Requirements:
- Store at 20C to 25C (68F to 77F), excursions permitted to 15C to 30C (59F to 86F).

- Renal: Urinary retention
