Bloxiverz is used to reverse the effects of anesthesia medications used during surgery.

Warnings
You should not be treated with Bloxiverz if you have a bladder or bowel obstruction, or a serious disorder called peritonitis (inflammation of the membrane lining the organs inside your abdomen).
How should I use Bloxiverz
Bloxiverz is given as an infusion into a vein. A healthcare provider will give you this injection.
Your breathing, blood pressure, oxygen levels, kidney function, and other vital signs will be watched closely.
Your doctor will also test your reflexes to make sure Bloxiverz is effective in reversing the anesthesia.
Before Taking
You should not be treated with Bloxiverz if you are allergic to it, or if you have:

a bladder obstruction or other urination problems;

a blockage in your digestive tract (stomach or intestines); or
-
a serious disorder called peritonitis (inflammation of the membrane lining the organs inside your abdomen).
Tell your doctor if you have ever had:

coronary artery disease (clogged arteries);

a heart rhythm disorder; or
-
myasthenia gravis.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What happens if I miss a dose?

Bloxiverz side effects
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Tell your caregivers right away if you have muscle weakness as you wake up from surgery.
Common side effects of Bloxiverz may include:

slow heartbeats.
