What is Natrol Melatonin Sleep Time Release?
Melatonin and pyridoxine is likely effective in alternative medicine as an aid with occasional sleeplessness and help you to fall asleep, and stay asleep.

How should I use Natrol Melatonin Sleep Time Release
Use Natrol Melatonin Sleep Time Release (Oral) exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Melatonin and pyridoxine is taken once per day, 20 minutes before bedtime.
Swallow the extended-release tablet whole and do not crush, chew, or break it.
Store at cool room temperature away from moisture and heat.
Melatonin and pyridoxine is used when needed. If you are on a dosing schedule, skip any missed dose. Do not use two doses at one time.
