What is Ultra fresh p.m.?

Ultra Fresh P.M. is used in adults to relieve burning, irritation, and discomfort caused by dry eyes.
Ultra Fresh P.M. may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Warnings
You should not use an Ultra Fresh P.M. to treat or prevent an eye infection.
How should I take Ultra fresh p.m.
Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Use the medicine exactly as directed.
Wash your hands before using Ultra Fresh P.M..
Do not use Ultra Fresh P.M. and call your pharmacist if the medicine looks cloudy or has changed color.
Do not touch the tip of the eye dropper or ointment tube or place it directly on your eye. A contaminated tip can infect your eye, which could lead to serious vision problems.
Call your doctor if your symptoms do not improve, or if they get worse while using Ultra Fresh P.M..
Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.

Before Taking
You should not use an Ultra Fresh P.M. if you are allergic to it. This medicine will not treat or prevent an eye infection.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist if it is safe for you to use Ultra Fresh P.M. if you have any type of infection in your eye.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Ultra Fresh P.M. is used when needed. If you are on a dosing schedule, skip any missed dose. Do not use two doses at one time.
What happens if I overdose?
An overdose of ocular lubricant is not expected to be dangerous. Seek emergency medical attention or call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222 if anyone has accidentally swallowed the medication.
What should I avoid while using Ultra fresh p.m.?
Ultra Fresh P.M. may cause blurred vision. Avoid driving or hazardous activity until you know how this medicine will affect you.
Do not use other eye medications unless your doctor tells you to.
Ultra fresh p.m. side effects
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using Ultra Fresh P.M. and call your doctor if you have:

severe burning, stinging, or eye irritation after using the medicine;

eye pain; or
-
vision changes.
Common side effects of Ultra Fresh P.M. may include:

mild eye burning or irritation;

itching or redness of your eyes;

watery eyes;
-
blurred vision; or
-
sensitivity to light.
