What is it?
Dibutyl Sebacate (C18H34O4), also known as sebacic acid dibutyl ester, is used as a plasticizer for synthetic resins and rubbers, and as a plasticizer in food contact and pharmaceutical applications. It is also used as a plasticizer for film coating of tablets, beads, and granules.
