I’m a 52 year old woman who just begun living with chronic migraines. I have no history of migraines or does my family. My journey began in April 2021, with headaches then became chronic migraines, so I tried antidepressants, well that went horrible. Then I was put on a beta blocker (Propranolol) which I would took for 3 months, side effects weren’t that bad but I had a daily headache. So then I was put on Ajovy. I have been on it for 2 weeks, yes I don’t have migraines, however; dizziness, nauseous, and feeling lightheaded. What the hell!! Why am I having these side effects when it’s not what my neurologist told me?? I don’t want to take another injection. Am I going crazy, but these side effects are worse then when I was on beta blocker. No more does anyone else feel this way??
