Does discontinued use of Farxiga cause withdrawal symptoms ?

Posted on 22-Jul-2023 - Last updated: 22-Jul-2023

I am Type 2 and have been taking 10 mg Farxiga for almost 3 years. I also take 1700 MG of Metformin and 100 MG of Januvia daily. I also take Lantus insulin at night. I have been diagnosed with diabetes since July 2012 and have had medications added over time to stabilize my A1c. My numbers are slowly moving in the right direction and now I can focus on weight loss so I can get off all meds in time. My last A1c in April 2016 was 8.3, down from 9.1 the prior 4 months. I see my PCP in September and will discuss all of this with her. Thanks for all feedback.
