Ubrelvy (ubrogepant) is a tablet that is used to treat migraines in adults.

You take Ubrelvy when you have the migraine, it is NOT used to prevent migraines.

How do you take Ubrelvy?

  • Ubrelvy is available as a 50 mg tablet and a 100mg tablet. Your prescriber will determine which dose is correct for you.
  • The tablet is taken orally (swallowed with a glass of water) when you have a migraine.
  • Ulbrelvy can be taken with or without food. If you need to, you can take a second tablet 2 hours after the first dose, however you should NOT take a second dose if you have consumed grapefruit or grapefruit juice, or take any of these medications: verapamil, cyclosporine ciprofloxacin, fluconazole or fluvoxamine.

Ubrelvy helps reduce the pain from migraines, and in some cases completely will completely stop the pain.

Ubrelvy also helps bothersome migraine symptoms such as light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, or nausea.
