I am trying to manage my sodium. Also drinking lots of water. I noticed warm water is better because cold water makes it worse. Does Gas-x pills help? What has helped you?
I get so bloated /my stomach hurts where I have to lay down with a heating pad. It's uncomfortable feeling standing up. I didn't have much issues with bloating until my dosage was increased by 10 mg. 115 to 125 mg twicea day. Unless it's the time of the month (period) & 10 mg doesn't make any difference. I never experienced bloating like this in the past on my period. Or maybe periods make it worse for bloating on Lyrica?
