Hello. I started on Sertraline 18 years ago and worked my way up to 200mg and stayed on that dose for 15 years. Totally anxiety free and feeling brilliant every day. Then they pooped out overnight and stopped working. Psych added Mirtazapine and have spent the last 3 years trialling combinations of dose but I’m realising that Mirtazapine is keeping me ill and causing all sorts of problems. I want to stay on the sertraline and taper slowly off Mirtazapine and try something else. Has anyone combined Sertraline with another AD and had success and felt better again?
