Has anyone experienced systemic itching or aquagenic pruritus, after several months on Topamax (topiramate)? I am pretty convinced my recent flareup of AP is due to an increased level of supplemental estrogen, until I came across someone mentioning that Topamax had caused them a severe episode of itching that is similar to mine, aggravated by water and moisture. Now I am wondering if it is not Topamax more so than estrogen. I have been on Topamax now for about 10 months. I would have thought that the itching would have started at the beginning and not around the 8-month mark. Thank you for any comments!
