For those that have witnessed bad side effects, such as sudden weakness, lethargy and drastic reduction in mobility, did this reverse once taken off of Xtandi? If so, how long did the recovery take? Just a side note, based on comments posted, it seems as though the older patients, 80s, are the ones experiencing the debilitating side effects. My dad, 81, has been off of this medicine for two weeks and has still yet to recover from the negative side effects. He has gone from being incredibly active, to suddenly in the hospital not being able to stand or sit up at times. We are curious if he will recover from the side effects or if the damage is permanent.
