Serious side effects of Sutimlimab
Along with its needed effects, sutimlimab may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.
Check with your doctor or nurse immediately if any of the following side effects occur while taking sutimlimab:
More common
- Bladder pain
- bloody or cloudy urine
- bluish color of the fingernails, lips, skin, palms, or nail beds
- blurred vision
- chest pain
- chills
- cough
- diarrhea
- difficult, burning, or painful urination
- dizziness
- ear congestion or pain
- fever
- frequent urge to urinate
- head congestion
- hoarseness or other voice changes
- loss of appetite
- lower back or side pain
- muscle aches
- nausea
- nervousness
- pounding in the ears
- slow or fast heartbeat
- stomach pain
- stuffy or runny nose
- sneezing
- sore throat
- swelling of the hands, ankles, feet, or lower legs
- weakness
Incidence not known
- Back pain
- blisters or itching
- dark urine
- decreased urination
- general feeling of discomfort or illness
- hair loss
- skin rash
- swollen glands
- tiredness
- yellow eyes or skin
Other side effects of Sutimlimab
Some side effects of sutimlimab may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. Also, your health care professional may be able to tell you about ways to prevent or reduce some of these side effects.

- Acid or sour stomach
- belching
- difficulty in moving
- heartburn
- indigestion
- muscle pain or stiffness
- pain, swelling, or redness in the joints
- stomach discomfort, upset, or pain

The most common adverse events were respiratory tract infection, viral infection, diarrhea, dyspepsia, cough, arthralgia, arthritis, and peripheral edema.[Ref]

Very common (10% or more): Respiratory tract infection (includes nasopharyngitis, respiratory tract infection, respiratory tract infection viral, upper respiratory tract infection, viral upper respiratory tract infection [25%]), cough (includes cough, productive cough [13%])[Ref]
Other
Very common (10% or more): Viral infection (includes oral herpes, respiratory tract infection viral, viral infection, viral upper respiratory tract infection [13%]), peripheral edema (13%)
Common (1% to 10%): Bacterial infection (includes cystitis bacterial, streptococcal sepsis, wound infection staphylococcal), fatigue (includes fatigue and mental fatigue), infusion reaction[Ref]
Gastrointestinal
Very common (10% or more): Diarrhea (13%), dyspepsia (includes dyspepsia, abdominal pain upper [13%])
Common (1% to 10%): Gastroenteritis, abdominal pain[Ref]
