No information is available on the clinical use of inclisiran during breastfeeding. Because inclisiran is a large oligonucleotide, the amount in milk is likely to be very low and absorption by the infant is probably minimal. If inclisiran is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding.
