I have to take the following meds:
Palbociclib, letrozole, denosumab, levothyroxine 100mcg, liothyronine (twice daily) symbicort, calcium carbonate, and chondroitin/glucosamine and have a fungal ear infection. I’d just worked out a dosing schedule and now have to add in disopyramide 3x100g and nebivolol. I also have Gilbert’s syndrome which can affect metabolism of meds and my potassium hovers on the lowest edge of the accepted range. Given the diversity of providers (I have four) each with their own speciality no one seems to be
in overall charge to oversee interactions and test bloods. Can anyone suggest a daily timetable for taking these meds for optimum health as my addled brain can’t work it out!
