Serious side effects of Selexipag

Along with its needed effects, selexipag may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

Check with your doctor immediately if any of the following side effects occur while taking selexipag:

• Blue lips and fingernails
• chest pain
• coughing that sometimes produces a pink frothy sputum
• difficult, fast, noisy breathing
• increased sweating
• pale skin
• swelling in the legs and ankles
