Menopausal Disorders are disorders relating to menopause –a natural transition where women go from having normal menstrual periods to no periods at all. During menopause a woman's ovaries stop making eggs and they produce less estrogen and progesterone. It is thought that these hormone changes are responsible for menstrual disorders including mood changes, hot flashes, insomnia, pounding or racing heart, changes in sexual and urinary function.
