Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a group of rare and usually aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphomas that develop from mature T-cells. Symptoms of PTCL are widespread, painless and enlarged lymph glands, and swelling of the spleen and liver. Other symptoms can include unexplained weight loss, night sweats, fever and a skin rash.
