Usual Adult Dose for Herpes Simplex Dendritic Keratitis
Instill 1 drop in the affected eye 5 times a day (about every 3 hours while awake) until corneal ulcer heals, and then 1 drop 3 times a day for 7 days.
Use: For the treatment of acute herpetic keratitis (dendritic ulcers)

Storage requirements:
- Store at 15C to 25C (59F to 77F); do not freeze.
Patient advice:
- Do not wear contact lenses if you have signs/symptoms of herpetic keratitis or during therapy.
- Avoid contaminating the applicator tip with material from the eye, fingers, or any other source; do not touch the applicator tip to any surface.
- Contact physician if pain develops or redness, itching, or inflammation worsens.
