Moderate to severe liver dysfunction.
Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients younger than 12 years.

Administration advice:
- After application, patient should rub cream in completely.
- Breastfeeding women should not apply this drug to the nipple and areola to avoid direct infant exposure.
Storage requirements:
- Store at 20C to 25C (68F to 77F). Deviation between 15C and 30C (59F and 86F) is permitted.
Patient advice:
- Wash hands after application, until this drug is indicated for the treatment of hands.
- Breastfeeding women should apply on smallest area of skin for shortest duration possible, to minimize exposure of this drug via breast milk to the breastfed infant.
