Stop using magnesium gluconate and call your doctor at once if you have:

confusion, severe drowsiness, feeling like you might pass out;

severe nausea or vomiting;

muscle weakness; or
-
slow heart rate.
Common side effects may include:

diarrhea;

bloating gas; or

upset stomach.
