Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes are a group of rare autosomal dominant diseases, generally caused by mutations affecting the cryopryin protein. Included in this group are Familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome, Muckle-Wells syndrome and Neonatal-onset multisystem inflammatory disease/Chronic infantile neurological, cutaneous and articular syndrome.
