Usual Adult Dose for Allergic Rhinitis
3.5 mg chlorpheniramine / 10 mg phenylephrine oral tablets: 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours
Maximum dose: 6 tablets per 24 hours
4 mg chlorpheniramine, 10 mg phenylephrine / 5 mL oral liquid: 5 mL every 4 hours
Maximum dose: 6 doses per 24 hours
1 mg chlorpheniramine, 2.5 mg phenylephrine / 5 mL oral liquid: 5 mL every 6 hours
Maximum dose: 4 doses per 24 hours
Uses: Temporary relief of allergic rhinitis or other upper respiratory allergy symptoms (rhinorrhea, sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, nasal congestion, itchy nose or throat, sinus congestion and pressure)

Precautions
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Current use of a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or use within 14 days of stopping a MAOI
- Do not use to sedate a child
- Do not use for persistent or chronic cough (e.g. from smoking, asthma, emphysema) or if accompanied by excessive phlegm
