2.5 mg desloratadine / 120 mg pseudoephedrine tablets: 1 tablet orally every 12 hours
Maximum dose: 1 tablet twice daily

Precautions

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
• Narrow angle glaucoma
• Urinary retention
• Current monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) use or use within 14 days of stopping a MAOI
• Severe hypertension
• Severe coronary artery disease

• Renally impaired patients may accumulate pseudoephedrine.

Other Comments

Administration advice:

• Swallow extended release tablets whole; do not crush, break, or chew.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• May be taken with or without food.
