Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) every 3 hours for 7 to 10 days.
Maximum dose: 6 doses/day

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Known hypersensitivity to either active component or to any of the ingredients
Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients younger than 2 months.

Administration advice:
- Not for injection into the eye
Storage requirements:
- Store at 15C to 25C (59F to 77F); protect from light.
Patient advice:
- Avoid contaminating the applicator tip with material from the eye, fingers, or any other source.
- Discontinue use and contact physician if redness, irritation, swelling, or pain persists/worsens.
- Do not wear contact lenses if you have signs/symptoms of ocular bacterial infections.
