CONTRAINDICATIONS:

• Disruption of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis due to hypophysectomy, hypopituitarism, pituitary tumor/surgery, head irradiation, or head trauma
• Active malignancy (newly diagnosed or recurrent)
• Hypersensitivity to tesamorelin and/or mannitol (an excipient)
• Pregnancy
