Drug Class: CGRP inhibitors
Usual Adult Dose for Migraine
For acute treatment of migraine: Nasal spray: 10 mg given as a single spray in one nostril, as needed
Maximum dose: 10 mg (one spray) in a 24-hour period
Comments:
- The safety of treating more than 8 migraines in a 30-day period is unknown.
Use: For the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults.
Renal Dose Adjustments
CrCl greater than 30 mL/min: No adjustment recommended
CrCl less than 30 mL/min: Avoid use
Liver Dose Adjustments
- Mild to Moderate Liver Dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class A and B): No adjustment recommended
- Severe Liver Dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C): Avoid use

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to active substance or any product excipients

Administration advice:
- Nasal spray: Use one 10 mg spray in one nostril as needed
- Do not test spray, prime, or press the plunger before use.
- The manufacturer product information and instructions for use should be consulted prior to product administration.
- Do not administer this drug with intranasal decongestants; if use cannot be avoided, use decongestant at least 1 hour after using this drug.
Storage requirements:
- Store at 20C to 25C (68F to 77F); excursions from 15C to 30C (59F to 86F) are permitted.
- Do not freeze.

- Supplied as single-use unit-dosed nasal spray devices each containing 10 mg of drug
