Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome is an autoimmune disorder. The clinical presentation is proximal muscle weakness. Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome is a paraneoplastic syndrome and a percentage of patients are diagnosed or go on to be diagnosed with cancer.
